Case report of a 40-year-old male who developed urinary frequency, penile pruritus, dysuria, pelvic/perineal pain, and sexual dysfunction 3–4 weeks after starting tirzepatide, with complete resolution within 10 days of discontinuation and no recurrence. Documents a novel urological adverse event profile not previously characterized for tirzepatide. Expands the tirzepatide adverse event literature to urological complications—providing clinical awareness for urologists and prescribers that lower urinary tract symptoms may be a drug-related adverse effect requiring discontinuation consideration.
