Case report of a 48-year-old man with T2DM and severe OSA who achieved CPAP withdrawal after tirzepatide-induced weight loss, with polysomnography-documented OSA resolution providing objective verification of pharmacological AHI improvement allowing complete discontinuation of CPAP therapy. Documents real-world polysomnography-confirmed OSA resolution with tirzepatide. Provides the first documented CPAP withdrawal case based on objective polysomnography verification following tirzepatide-induced weight loss—establishing that pharmacological weight reduction can achieve clinically meaningful OSA reversal enabling patient-preferred treatment discontinuation in selected individuals.
