This clinical study examined the effects of a 16-week aerobic and resistance exercise program on MOTS-c levels in Hispanic and non-Hispanic White breast cancer survivors. The findings revealed race-dependent differences in MOTS-c response to exercise, potentially influenced by ethnic-specific mitochondrial DNA variations.
