A human fMRI study measuring brain functional connectivity after Selank and Semax administration in 52 healthy volunteers. Using resting-state fMRI, found that Selank modified connectivity between the right amygdala and temporal/parahippocampal regions involved in emotional processing—consistent with its anxiolytic profile. Provides the first brain imaging evidence for Selank's site of action in humans.
