Evaluates Selank's protective effects on liver morphology in rats exposed to chronic foot-shock stress. Stress caused hepatocyte degeneration, focal necrosis, and lymphocytic infiltration. Selank (100–1000 μg/kg, i.p.) reduced degenerative changes dose-dependently, with higher doses restoring nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratios in hepatocytes, demonstrating that Selank's stress protection extends to liver health.
