A clinical comparison of several aging-related interventions including carbon dioxide baths, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, therapeutic massage, and two short peptide supplements (Vezugen and Pinealon) found the greatest improvements in biological age markers came from combining the two peptide preparations. The peptides were also among the safest interventions, with the fewest biochemical side effects or contraindications. This supports combined peptide supplementation as a practical and well-tolerated anti-aging strategy.
