Identifies multiple post-translationally modified TB4 forms, oxidized variants, and truncated products in different biological matrices, associating specific proteoform patterns with various pathological conditions. Provides comprehensive proteomics-level characterization of endogenous TB4 forms—establishing which proteoforms exist in clinical samples and enabling more precise biomarker analysis.
