This study explored how the peptides Vilon and Epitalon may regulate aging-related molecular markers CCL11 (eotaxin) and HMGB1 (alarmin), which are linked to neurological, cardiovascular, and immune diseases. The researchers propose that the anti-aging effects of these peptides may work partly by suppressing the expression of these inflammatory aging markers.
