A precise laboratory method (HPLC assay) was developed and validated to measure KPV peptide levels in both water solutions and skin tissue samples. The method is sensitive enough to detect KPV at very low concentrations and can also separate the peptide from its breakdown products, which form under acidic, alkaline, or oxidizing conditions. The assay was developed to support research and quality control for KPV-based skin treatments and transdermal delivery studies.
