Workers in locomotive brigades, whose demanding schedules and occupational hazards accelerate biological aging, showed improved biological age parameters after taking the peptide Pinealon for two weeks. The preparation also improved measures of physiological adaptation, suggesting it helped workers maintain better health under chronic occupational stress. The findings support peptide bioregulators as a tool for maintaining occupational fitness in high-stress professions.
